CartoonContest 2004.01.11 (Results and Voting)
Below are the winners of the restarted CartoonContest.
Very difficult round to judge. Almost all of the submissions made me laugh despite the picture being miserable (though many were good because it was so miserable). I was able to choose these:
planx_constant takes the grand prize today. His submission made me laugh even on my 5th reread.
tuxmatt receives an honorable mention point for his vulgar pun.
